Our History

Established to operate in the alternative energy business, focusing on using modern technology and innovation that is environmentally friendly. The company was registered in 2021 with a registered capital of 100 million baht by Mr. Yutthachai Phukanthasom, the founder and long-time operator of quarries, soil pits, and sand pits in the Eastern region. He saw the problem of air pollution, especially in Rayong Province, which is an industrial area and has many power plants to generate electricity for the industrial sector. Most power plants use fossil fuels, which emit many important air pollutants, including sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and dust. As a result, people in Rayong Province have a high incidence of illnesses caused by air pollution. Due to these factors, along with the large amount of vacant land that has been completed from the production of rocks, soil, and sand, the company has initiated the production of electricity from renewable energy, especially the production and distribution of electricity from solar energy (Solar Farm) to the industrial sector. It is expected that this will be a part of reducing pollution in society and improving the health of communities in Rayong Province.

While the manufacturing industry can reduce carbon dioxide emissions and receive carbon credits from using electricity from clean energy, it is a part that supports Thailand to move towards clean energy and reduce net greenhouse gas (carbon dioxide) emissions to zero (Net Zero Emission) by 2065-2070.
